Place the habitat and bring the lure
Learn the recipe at the Summer 3 Creatures Workshop, craft the habitat and place it in your garden. Find the dragon east of the lake and use a Gilded Toadstool; the lure is consumed. Check the next day for arrival. Use the Porcino location guide if the habitat materials are your obstacle.
Feed mushrooms for growth around the den
The database says feeding mushrooms starts matching mushroom patches around its den from the following day, with up to seven patches and two days to ripen. It lists Porcino and Feathered Shroom among accepted types. These are Version 1.06 figures, not a measured 1.08 yield or a guarantee for an arbitrary item.
