Extra Munchitis Treatment stuck in your inventory? What players can do
If you crafted a second Munchitis Treatment after needing only one for the quest, check for a save from before you made the spare. A release-day player reported that the extra potion could not be sold, used, dropped, put into the well or stored in the dorm chest. They chose to replay the day from an earlier save. That is a reported workaround, not a verified way to delete the item from the current save.

Check the available saves before replaying
- Open the game's Continue or Load menu and look for a save made before crafting the second treatment.
- Compare its time and progress with your current save. Reloading it will discard actions since that point, so decide whether freeing the slot is worth the lost progress.
- If you return to that earlier point, craft only the treatment you need for the quest. Check your inventory after turning it in.
The thread reports one player's decision to replay. It does not establish that every save has a suitable earlier checkpoint or that a current-build item-removal command exists.
Why an extra chest may not solve this case
Another player suggested crafting more storage chests. The original player replied that the dorm chest would not accept their extra Munchitis Treatment, although it did accept their Potion of Hardiness and Instagrow. Extra storage may help with ordinary potions, but it is not a demonstrated fix for this quest item.
