Summer 13 music festival not ending? Walk across the bridge
After the performance and festival activities, leave by walking across the bridge rather than fast travelling. This is the solution marked as the answer in a Summer 13 music-festival thread. The responding player had already performed and collected festival items, but time was still stuck.

- Finish the festival performance and check any remaining festival objective in your journal.
- Return to the festival area if you left it by fast travel.
- Walk across the bridge to leave; do not replace that crossing with a teleport.
- Check whether time or the next day’s progression resumes. The accepted reply reports this crossing as the missing action.
Why talking to everyone or trying to sleep may not help
The questioner had already talked to people, performed, shopped and tried to sleep or leave for other areas. The accepted reply identifies the walking transition, rather than another purchase. It mentions a lyre, cake and music box as things that player had collected; that is not proof that buying all three is mandatory.
Still stuck after the actual crossing?
Compare your journal with the performance and festival steps. An earlier reply suggests checking the caravan vendor near the eastern pool for a quest item, but that suggestion has no independent success confirmation in this thread.
