Find the Tangleknot wall beyond the Nocturne Forest spore clouds
The Tangleknot wall is beyond the spore-cloud path and the hedge guarded by two sentient plants in Nocturne Forest, at the end of a long dark path. A player who had mistaken the clouds for the wall thanked the helper for this route. The clouds need Spore Neutralizer; the later wall needs Tangleknot Remover.

Follow the three different barriers
- Bring several Spore Neutralizer bottles for the clouds along the forest path. The source gives no fixed bottle count.
- Clear the clouds and follow the path to the dead-end hedge with two talking plants.
- Talk to those plants and complete their requests if they still block passage.
- Beyond the hedge, follow the long dark path to the Tangleknot wall.
Get the wall’s song before trying to open it
Neoseeker places Tangleknot Remover after repairing the old music box with the toad in The Secret Key. Its spell table lists a 70-mana manual song. Play the song at the actual wall, not at the earlier spore clouds. The guide says this opens the way to the forest centre and the Harp of Six story.
Reduce repeat walks, and identify what still blocks you
The route reply suggests placing the Green Sprites escape rope near the two plants if you must leave for their requests. See how to place the reusable rope; using it inside inventory is different. The thread locates the wall but does not list those two plants’ full requests or give map coordinates. If you are stopped at the talking hedge, follow its dialogue first; casting the wall’s song on a different barrier is not that quest’s solution.
