Which languages does Songs of Glimmerwick support?
Steam currently lists eight interface and subtitle languages: English, French, German, Russian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish (Spain). Only English is marked for full audio. Eastshade also announced the seven added text languages for the public demo in May 2026. Korean is not on the current Steam language list; that does not establish what the studio may add later.

Use the three separate columns on the official Steam page when choosing a version. A check under subtitles does not mean localized voice acting.

Are these languages in the demo?
Eastshade’s May localization update says the demo gained Simplified Chinese, German, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish (Spain), French and Japanese in addition to English. That announcement supports demo text availability; it does not claim new voice tracks. If a language does not appear on an old installed build, compare its version and current Steam listing before assuming the announced update applies to it.
What if your language is not listed?
For Korean, Traditional Chinese, Spanish (Latin America) or another language absent from the current Steam table, treat support as unconfirmed. A request in a discussion is not a release announcement. Recheck the official store’s language table and Eastshade’s later patch notes before buying for a particular translation.
